Randy Petrowski brings a wealth of experience and a passion for justice to his role as a Paralegal, J.D. at Kirsch Daskas Law Group. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History from the University of Michigan – Flint, and a Juris Doctor earned from Cooley Law School in 2017, Randy possesses a strong academic foundation coupled with practical legal training.

At KDLG, Randy’s primary focus lies in criminal defense, child protective proceedings, and appeals. Since joining the firm in January 2022, he has demonstrated his legal acumen by drafting motions, briefs, and working on appeals, such as a recent Application for Leave to Appeal to the Michigan Supreme Court aimed at vacating our client’s conviction, or at a minimum reducing an excessive sentence.

Rachel Williams is a vital member of the Kirsch Daskas Law Group, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to her role as a legal assistant. With a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University, Rachel’s academic background provides her with a solid foundation in legal principles and procedures, which she applies diligently to her work. Since joining KDLG 1.5 years ago, Rachel has demonstrated her dedication to helping others and effecting positive change in their lives.

In her day-to-day responsibilities, Rachel handles various tasks crucial to the firm’s operations, from initiating client files and notifying courts of representation to drafting motions and facilitating communication between parties. Her hardworking nature, organizational skills, and eagerness to expand her expertise ensure that she contributes effectively to every case she’s involved in.

Amy Gallup contributes valuable support to the attorneys at Kirsch Daskas Law Group across various practice areas. With more than 12 years of experience as a legal assistant, she adeptly provides assistance in both case-related and administrative tasks. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and an Associate’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Paralegal Studies from Baker College. Outside of her professional endeavors, Amy finds joy in parenting her three children, relishing moments in northern Michigan, and engaging in activities with her rescued parrots.

Tami Robertson earned her Bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, in 1994. Demonstrating a strong commitment to furthering her education and skills, she obtained a Paralegal Post Baccalaureate Professional Certificate from Oakland Community College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

At KDLG, Tami provides crucial legal support, assisting attorneys with trial preparation and the drafting of various pleadings, orders, and memorandums. She handles a broad range of legal matters, including criminal sexual conduct (CSC), child abuse, divorce, custody, assault, and gun-related charges. Her responsibilities encompass preparing clients and their files for trial, ensuring all necessary documents are meticulously organized and ready for court proceedings.

Jennifer Veighey brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to her role at Kirsch Daskas Law Group. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Alaska Southeast and a Master of Public Administration, Cum Laude from Central Michigan University, Jennifer combines her business acumen with a deep understanding of public policy and administration.

At KDLG, Jennifer serves in a leadership role, meeting with potential clients to understand their legal goals and overseeing the team to ensure they deliver their best work. Her responsibilities include empowering her colleagues to excel in their roles and providing exceptional service to clients.

Alex Gaggos brings a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic to her role at Kirsch Daskas Law Group. A graduate of Arizona State University in 2023, Alex began her journey with KDLG as an intern in the summer of 2022. Now serving as a Legal Operations Coordinator, Alex plays a crucial role in assisting legal assistants and paralegals, shadowing lawyers in court proceedings, and managing special projects for cases.

In her approach to assisting clients during challenging times, Alex prioritizes accessibility and support. Understanding that legal processes can be daunting, she ensures that clients have someone readily available to address their concerns when their attorneys are occupied with other tasks. Additionally, Alex believes in providing clients with the information and resources they need to navigate their legal journey with confidence.

Tammy McNamara brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role as the Intake Specialist at Kirsch Daskas Law Group. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from South University, Tammy graduated in 2016 and has since dedicated herself to assisting clients in need.

At KDLG, Tammy serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that each person receives the attention and assistance they deserve. With six months of experience in her role, she greets everyone warmly and gathers essential information to connect clients with the right resources within the firm.

Kimberly obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in Law degree in 2020 with a distinction in Law of delict. She has a passion for all types of Law. During her time at university, she was
actively part of the student Law Society, assisting as the secretary and received the Ismail Mohomed Chief Justice award in 2018. Kimberly is passionate about her role as an executive assistant and has an unwavering commitment to the Kirsch Daskas Law Group excellence. She has a strong work ethic and is always eager to assist where she can. With previous experience as an executive assistant her strengths include, good communication skills, great attention to detail and is always goal driven. She is fluent in English and German.

Bradley is a highly skilled Information Technology Manager with a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure and financial systems within corporate and public environments. With over twenty years’ experience he is Well versed in performing accounts receivable functions, collections techniques and customer query resolution.

Bradley has an associate’s degree in computer information systems technology advanced bolstered with a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Administrator qualificatios. He utilizes his expertise to improve business policies and procedures to ensure optimal financial systems and services. He is committed to enhancing Kirsch Daskas productivity through effective technology solutions. His strong Communication and problem-solving abilities assist in building client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering personalized experiences that go beyond basic transactions.
